Return Policy

When receiving your package, you must check that all products correspond to your order. In the event of a wrong quantity or defective product, you must notify us by phone at (+30)2102449424 or by filling in the change form below, on the same day or at the latest by the next working day after receiving your order. Any request made outside this deadline will not be accepted, as a result of which no product change can be made.

Return/change of products

• In case you want to change a product, you have the opportunity to make the change within 3 working days from the date of receipt.
• If you wish to change a product you have purchased from the sale items, changes are only accepted with sale items. During sale periods, exchanges are only made with items on sale at their current price.
• The shipping cost of changing a product is 4.90€

Returns/Changes Process

• To exchange with another product, using the same courier service with which you received your order . (You will be charged 3.00€), send the product you want to exchange to the following address:

  Contact phone: 2102449424. In case of change, you must contact us within 2 days at 2102449424 for relevant information. After we receive your return, we send you the replacement product.
• Refunds are not accepted.

Regarding returns/exchanges
In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be in perfect condition and nothing is missing from its original packaging (tags, labels, etc.).
Until the product reaches us it is your responsibility, so it is important to take care of its safe transport to avoid any damage and therefore the inability to return and exchange it.
