All your requests are received by us subject to an availability check of the products included in your order request (which check takes place after the processing stage following your request has started). b) ORDER REQUEST PROCESSING – If your order request is sent between 9.00 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. on a business day and time (Monday to Friday) then you will receive an immediate message to the email address you have provided us, that your request is at stage of processing by our company. Otherwise, you will receive this message within the next working day. During the processing of your request, the availability of all the products included in your order request is checked.
i) In the event that there is availability of all the products included in your request within the delivery time indicated in our online store, then a message will be sent to the email address and/or mobile phone number you have provided to us that will confirm the your order and will include all its details. The products will then be shipped based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
ii) In the event that any of the items you placed in the order are not available and/or that a product will be available after the delivery time indicated in our online store, then our Company will contact you either by message to the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number you have provided to us either by direct telephone contact with you through its representative (or in all the above ways) in order to consult with you about any modification, correction or cancellation of your order . If it is not possible to contact you for a period of 10 days after sending your order request, your request is automatically canceled and you will have to send a new request to us again. In any case, any new order of yours (modified or not) will be sent to you again with a new e-mail message and/or to the mobile phone number that you have indicated to us, and this message will also constitute the confirmation of your order on the basis of which you will execute your order. The products will then be shipped based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
c) Our Company may contact you via e-mail and/or message on the mobile phone which you have declared to us during your registration throughout the entire period up to the delivery of your order to you for any issue concerning receiving, processing, fulfilling and/or transferring your order and/or paying for and/or returning the products or for anything else.The parties agree that the communication in question (via email and/or message on the mobile phone you have registered with us - sms) also meets the legal requirements for informing you in writing, notifying you, confirming your order, where and when the law requires it . In case you wish to express your objections, or to provide you with clarifications about the content of any message you have received according to the above, or for any other reason, you can contact us.
4. METHODS OF PAYMENT

6. PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE
a) For the return of products whose order was made online or by phone, the return of the products, regardless of the reason, will be carried out after consultation with the relevant department on the contact phone 2102449424, always within the deadline and under the conditions set in the product return policy (article 7) during the days and hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 – 14:00).

1) WITHDRAWAL

The colors shown on the products are indicative and may have a slight deviation from the actual due to different settings on each monitor. For the rest of the products, you have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days without reason from the day you received it, at no cost at all other than the costs of return (courier, transport, post or otherwise), which will be at your own risk and expense (unless otherwise specified from time to time by the Company in general or specifically for specific products). Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days are: The product must not have been used and all items must be returned in the perfect condition received without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and within of their packaging (for items received in special packaging - e.g. fragile products - they should be returned in their special packaging), while it should also be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

Also, our company knows that its products include fragile and/or sensitive items and for this reason it takes all the necessary measures (in cooperation with its suppliers and transporters) so that these items are sent in special packaging that fully protect them from any damage during their transport and/or storage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk that one of these products may be damaged during shipment to you. Also in very rare cases you may receive a product with a defect. For this reason and regardless of your above right of withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.
b) If you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company. However, if you find that there is damage and/or a defect in the product, then you can inform us by contacting us at e-mail info@showfashion.gr, telling us if you wish to be sent a new one for replacement or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
c) In the effort to satisfy the expectations of our customers in the products they choose from showfashion.gr we offer the possibility of returning all products for exchange or full refund within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the products based on the receipt documents, provided that they comply with the conditions below.
Please note that:
We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that have not been returned in accordance with the terms of the returns policy set out below. You may also be required to pay the cost of shipping those goods back to you in the event of non-conformity. The following conditions must be met to return the products to showfashion.gr:
Exchange refund request not to exceed 10 working days from the date of delivery based on receipt documents
All returns and exchanges must be received in the original condition you received the product.

Before returning the product you must contact us.
If the product meets the above criteria, you are free to send it back to us for a replacement or refund. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return. Please remember that we can proceed with the refund if the returned products meet all the above conditions and are in a suitable for sale condition.
Returning a non-faulty product and refunding the customer, original shipping costs will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount. For the return of a non-wrong, non-damaged or generally non-defective product for the purpose of refunding the money, the customer bears the shipping costs of the return. The customer always has the responsibility of sending the product back to our offices, as as the recipient it is not possible for our company to search for your package in any postal/transportation.
8. POSSIBILITY OF ORDER CANCELLATION
